Quality Assurance

At Sienna, we are very disciplined with the quality management procedures we have in place. Quality is the responsibility of every team member and, thus, we ensure that all our operatives, contractors, and suppliers comply with the Quality Assurances that we hold ourselves to.

During each stage of project implementation and document preparation, routine quality checks (self-check, discipline check, and interface check) are carried out. Our Quality Assurance Procedure includes checks on design and document which are performed for all important documents that are prepared by our projects team.

To successfully complete a Project, a Quality Assurance System is put in place for controlling activities and deliverables. Effective quality management on each Project is achieved by applying the relevant procedures which include forming a definition of responsibilities and duties, the implementation of project planning and review, appropriate verification of inputs and project work, quality auditing, and if necessary, corrective action. In addition, these procedures generate quality records as evidence of the application of the system.

The CQP Procedures are developed uniquely for each project,  as per its requirements, to highlight project/contract-specific items related to quality management.  The purpose of the CQP procedure is to identify the quality management methods that apply to the contracted scope of works.
