Sienna's Approach

Our approach is founded on the extensive experience of undertaking both technical and client representation roles over the years. Our objective is to ensure the project is completed and delivered as intended within the envisaged timeframe, budget, sustainability guidelines, and to the highest standard.

We pride ourselves on the experience and mechanisms we have in place to ensure our project-completion objectives are consistently met. This is complemented and strengthened by the specialized project management and QA/QC skills of the nominated key professional staff in our proposed teams. Our team leaders are highly experienced project directors and project managers with proven track records of working successfully with private clients, public sector clients, and contractors in a range of services. They are capable of managing an assortment of projects from large international contracts to small local contracts in both developing and developed sectors. At Stage 1 of a project, we will develop a ‘Project Management Plan (PMP)’ to maintain the necessary management and technical oversight of the project throughout the period of its implementation.

Sienna’s Project Management Team provides the necessary technical and managerial support for the smooth implementation of projects. The PMP is based on Sienna’s comprehensive and proven management systems, which have been developed and improved over the years. The plan has been tailored to meet specific objectives and requirements, outlines the project organization, lines of authority, communication,  coordination procedures, document control and filing system for the project, program management, and database tracking to facilitate the monitoring of all aspects of preliminary and preparatory activities, procurement and negotiation activities.

The approach we adopt for Projects is adapted towards the smooth execution of the scope of work in a systematic and sequential manner so that the use of manpower resources can be optimized.  By using this method, the project objectives can be achieved effectively and efficiently. Special attention is given to complex issues that may form constraints to the project so that concerted efforts from various specialists and authorities are utilized to resolve them in the shortest possible time.
